About this article
Hello Western SeCan Members,SeCan is excited to offer AAC Overdrive (AC/DC playing in the background in Trent’s head lol) a new hard red winter wheat from AAFC Lethbridge. With a great combination of short strong straw, early maturity, high grain yield potential and impressive disease resistance, AAC Overdrive should be a solid choice for all winter wheat producers – especially those wanting short strong straw. Consider AAC Overdrive a CDC Falcon type (with much better disease package and higher grain quality!). Request for support document here. Application Deadline is August 15, 2023. The application form can be found HERE or on the Members Only side of our website under Forms – Seed Application. Please contact me if you have questions about these offers or Breeder seed of any other SeCan variety in western Canada. Thank you. Trent Whiting |
