Good afternoon Western SeCan members,  

I’d like to clarify the release of CDC Hickie is for SeCan members outside Saskatchewan. Within Saskatchewan, the Saskatchewan Pulse Growers maintain the distribution rights to CDC Hickie, so stock seed can move freely between seed growers without the need to go though SeCan.  

In Saskatchewan we will do our best to help link you with a seed grower who has stock seed, but you don’t need to apply for seed the same way a member outside Saskatchewan does. After this initial launch outside Saskatchewan, all members will be able to go directly to source stock seed.
