SeCan's Annual General Meeting will be held virtually at 10:00 am (eastern) on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. We ask you to register using this form. Deadline to register is 9:00 am eastern, June 25. To accommodate the virtual format, resolutions must be submitted online no later than Tuesday June 24 at 12:00 noon eastern. Submit this resolutions form. It will be sent to Ward Oatway, Chair of SeCan's Resolution Committee, who can be contacted with any questions at oatwaysseedfarm@yahoo.ca. The form includes space for a supporting rationale that will be read by the Chair when presenting the resolution to the AGM on your behalf. Note suggested By-Law revisions must be submitted as a resolution. The final nomination report can be found here.
