The latest winter cereal releases are now posted on secan.com. We’re excited to offer two new winter barley varieties with great yield results in Ontario over the past several years. This new crop is gaining momentum in Ontario and might have a fit for Maritime growers. SeCan is dedicated to screening and bringing forward the latest, highest-performing varieties, but we couldn’t do that without our partners. We’d like to give a special thanks to Sarah Fretz, who is retiring this year. Sarah has played an integral role in the testing and delivery of winter barley varieties.
