New Soybean Variety Offer

Hello Western SeCan Members, 

SeCan is excited to release SC26-2375XF XtendFlex® Soybean.

SC 26-2375XF is a great addition to the SeCan line-up. As our first XtendFlex variety in western Canada, it provides an additional option to apply glufosinate as an in-season rescue and the ability to knock-down tough to control weeds. With good standability and white mould tolerance, this variety is a great option for highly productive acres, while also having a large plant type to canopy the rows and maximize yield on low productive acres. SC 26-2375XF also has proven performance as tested in the MPGA east and west tests in 2025!

Online Seed Application Process

• Sign in to My SeCan 

• Go to: Apply for Varieties

• Click on the Seed Application button 

• In the left-hand boxes:

• Crop Kind: XXX

• Variety: XXX

• Class: Breeder or Select

• In the center section fill in the quantity being applied for and the default is KG but it can be adjusted to MT as well. 140K seed units are only for soybean so don’t use that. 

• Click “Next Item”

• If you want to apply for both Breeder and Foundation you need to add the next pedigree, the same as above, and remember to click “Next Item” or it won’t add what you just entered.

• At least one option needs to be selected in the sales history section, but you can do more if you wish.

• Finally, put your name in the box and hit Submit. 😊

 You should receive an email confirmation that the application has been submitted, and I’ll try to let you know I got it too. Please check your junk folder as the confirmation may go there.
